We are in search of a reliable and efficient Cashier to join our team at our bustling retail store in Porto. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Keep checkout area clean and organized.
- Handle cash transactions, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure correct amounts.
- Assist with stocking shelves and merchandise displays when needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of transactions.
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
