Cashier for a Retail Store in Lahore, Pakistan



We are hiring a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at a retail store in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Scan and process items accurately at the checkout counter
- Handle cash transactions and provide change to customers
- Process credit card payments using POS system
- Maintain accurate cash register balance at the end of each shift
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Keep checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Basic math skills for accurately processing transactions and calculating change
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must have a valid work visa for Pakistan (free visa will be provided if needed)
- Must be willing to relocate to Lahore if not already based there

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
