Executive Chef


We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to join our renowned restaurant in Las Vegas. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will be expected to create innovative and delicious dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus according to seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute events or special menu offerings
- Continuously strive to improve menu offerings by sourcing quality ingredients and incorporating new techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant environment
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, menu creation, and food presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
- Experience in managing food costs and inventory control
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Contract job with possibility for extension or permanent position based on performance

Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month with potential for increase based on performance.
