Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new projects, including conducting site visits, creating initial sketches and plans, and presenting proposals to clients
- Collaborate with engineers and other architects to create detailed construction plans that meet all necessary regulations and codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and address any issues that arise
- Manage client relationships and regularly communicate project updates and progress
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan, India (relocation assistance provided if necessary)
