Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for new construction projects, renovations, and extensions.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet safety standards and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance to the construction team.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate them into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect with a focus on design and planning.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
