Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Mauren, managing a team of architects and overseeing the design and construction of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with accommodation provided. This is a full-time position, but part-time arrangements can be considered for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the design and construction process
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review architectural drawings and plans for accuracy, quality, and adherence to building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Experience managing budgets for large projects
