Architectural Designer


We are a leading architectural design firm located in Almada and we are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and other team members to understand project requirements
- Conduct site visits and analysis to gather necessary information for design development
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and plans
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client preferences
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month, with accommodation provided.
