Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the bustling city of Os. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. This is a full-time position that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional packages and initiatives
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or hospitality (preferred)
