Job Title: Facade Technician
Location: Remish, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Remish, Kenya. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing facades on buildings. Your duties will include inspecting facades for damage or wear, creating and implementing repair plans, and using a variety of tools and equipment to complete repairs. You must have experience in facade installation and repair techniques, as well as knowledge of safety protocols and building codes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Inspect facades for damage or wear
-Create repair plans and implement solutions
-Perform repairs using various tools and equipment
-Maintain accurate records of work performed
-Follow safety protocols and building codes at all times
-Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
-Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:
-Previous experience in facade installation and repair
-Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Flexibility to work on different projects
-Must be physically fit and able to work at heights

Education:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Certification in facade installation/repair preferred
