Indian Baker - Contract Position in Izhevsk



We are seeking a skilled Indian Baker to join our team in Izhevsk on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality baked goods following traditional Indian recipes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of Indian breads, pastries, and sweets
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Ensure all products are of consistent quality and taste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Train new staff members on baking techniques and recipes

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1500 per month.
