Resort Manager - Medina, Kenya


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Medina, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort including staff, guest services, facilities, and finances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the resort's daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff members to ensure high levels of customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the quality standards of the resort
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets to maximize profitability
- Create marketing strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of facilities to ensure they are well-maintained at all times
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and budgeting processes
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Kenyan nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 USD per month.
