IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology operations in Karachi. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth functioning of our company's technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and troubleshooting of all company hardware, software, and networks.
- Identify areas for improvement in the company's technology systems and make recommendations for upgrades or changes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement security measures to protect company data.
- Manage the budget for IT operations, including purchasing hardware and software as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in information technology and make recommendations for implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in information technology or a related field.
- Experience working in an international or multi-cultural environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. However, we welcome applications from candidates of any nationality who are willing to relocate.
