IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Karachi. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems or upgrades
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure its integrity and availability in case of system failures or disasters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware/software systems, security protocols
- Proven track record in developing successful IT strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-experts
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi (accommodation provided if needed)

Visa: Company will provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
