Senior Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, goals, and budget for the project
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it meets all necessary codes and regulations
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or institutional projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Fluency in Portuguese
