Salary: $1300 per month


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Moscow. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise measurements and locations of land, buildings, and other structures. Your role will involve using various equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones to collect data and create maps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use surveying equipment to collect data and create maps
- Analyze collected data and prepare reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of survey results by following established procedures and guidelines
- Maintain surveying equipment and perform regular calibration checks
- Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Russian language is preferred but not required
