We are seeking skilled and experienced Welders to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using welding equipment to join metal parts in various industries such as construction, manufacturing, and automotive. Your duties will include reading blueprints, operating welding machinery, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of your work. The ideal candidate will have previous welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per week.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in industrial or construction settings
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Valid biometric passport or legal authorization to work in the United States
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Set up welding equipment according to project requirements
- Operate welding machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor the quality of welded joints for accuracy
- Inspect completed welds for defects
- Maintain clean work area by removing scraps, debris, and other materials
- Follow all safety procedures at all times
