Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts in retail stores to attract customers and increase sales. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as monitor market trends and competitor strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Create eye-catching displays to showcase products in an appealing manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure that products are stocked, displayed, and priced correctly
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Provide training and support to store staff on merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Creative thinking skills with a keen eye for design
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
