Position: CNC Operator

We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand specifications and dimensions
- Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy materials

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1400 per month, depending on experience.
