Industrial Architect (Multan, Pakistan)



We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and create design proposals that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed projects and identify any potential issues
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the construction process and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Regularly review project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Conduct quality checks on completed projects to ensure they meet all specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect, preferably in a similar role in Pakistan
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations in Pakistan
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members from different backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: PKR 1400 per month (including basic salary + accommodation)
Visa: Free visa provided by the company
Travel: One-way ticket provided by the company
