Architectural Technologist
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: $1300 per month (without accommodation)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate, functional, and meet all necessary codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs meet all necessary requirements
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within established parameters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
