Administrative Assistant
Location: Lusail, Qatar
The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's management team. This role requires exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for confidential information
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Coordinate office events such as team building activities or conferences
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Salary: 900$ per month
