Land Surveyor - Washington, D.C., USA



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of land features. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports
- Create maps, charts, and other visual representations of survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong understanding of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
