Land Surveyor


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting data, and creating detailed maps and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps and reports
- Utilize GPS technology to accurately measure and map land features
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Research property records and legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong understanding of land surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Proficient in using GPS technology for surveying purposes
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:
$1700 per month

Location:
Akron, Ohio (Preference for Egyptian or Filipino candidates)

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
