Babysitter



We are looking for a reliable and caring Babysitter to join our family in Shan, India. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing safe and nurturing care to our children while maintaining a positive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in age-appropriate activities with the children such as reading, playing games, and arts and crafts
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the children
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Ensure the safety of the children at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's well-being and any concerns or updates
- Light housekeeping duties related to the children’s care

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or nanny
- Excellent understanding of child development and behavior management techniques
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- First aid/CPR certification preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Hindi or other regional languages are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in India

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We are open to sponsoring candidates who require visa sponsorship. Women are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
