We are seeking a skilled Collector to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers on behalf of our company. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month, suitable for men with experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers
- Process and record payments received
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and take necessary action to collect outstanding debts
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or disputes related to payments

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Collector or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office applications
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
