Teamlead - Biometric Passport Processing (English Speaking) in Moscow, Russia


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Teamlead for our biometric passport processing team in Moscow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our biometric passport processing department. This includes overseeing a team of Canadian employees, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of Canadian employees responsible for biometric passport processing.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of biometric passports.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or delays in the passport processing workflow.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the passport processing department.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain smooth operations.
- Keep updated on changes in regulations and procedures related to biometric passports.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Experience in biometric passport processing or other related fields is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train and mentor team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month. Other benefits such as health insurance, vacation time, etc. may also be offered depending on qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Moscow, Russia. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, preference will be given to Canadians who are eligible to work in Russia.
