Preservation Architect

We are hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and structures. This role requires attention to detail, strong knowledge of architectural history and materials, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and strategies
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals during project implementation
- Monitor the progress of preservation projects and ensure adherence to budget and schedule
- Conduct site visits to inspect the condition of structures and provide recommendations for maintenance or repairs
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in historic preservation or restoration projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, materials, and techniques used in historical buildings
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
