A reputable architectural firm in Balzers is seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in commercial architecture and possess excellent design skills. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and vision for the project
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is executed accurately
and according to plans
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
