We are hiring a Contract Nurse to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Contract Nurse, you will provide high quality medical care and support to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify health needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient interactions
- Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, procedures, and ethical codes

Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse with a valid license in Portugal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse
- Excellent clinical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Good problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
