Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Nairobi. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with a deep understanding of the local building codes and regulations. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, sourcing materials and labor, and ensuring quality control. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills to effectively work with our team, contractors, clients, and local authorities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Source materials and labor for each project in a cost-effective manner
- Oversee the hiring of contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Communicate regularly with team members, contractors, clients, and local authorities
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
