Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective sales strategies and strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including travel agents, event planners, and corporate accounts
- Understand the competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts
- Create customized proposals and contracts for potential clients
- Manage the hotel's presence on online travel platforms to maximize bookings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Familiarity with online travel platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
