Hotel Sales Manager (Siauliai, Lithuania)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our hotel. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners
- Create sales plans and track progress towards achieving targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Develop promotional strategies to drive bookings during low season periods
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local hospitality market is preferred
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$, suitable for both men and women. Accommodation can also be provided for foreign candidates.
