Our hotel in the beautiful city of Siauliai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and actively promote the hotel's services and facilities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery to guests
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Siauliai
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
