Senior Architect - Part Time (Multan)


We are hiring a skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Multan on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for each project
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the development and execution of construction plans, ensuring they adhere to building codes and regulations
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and techniques used in construction
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control during construction
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Multan.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.

Accommodation:
