Executive Chef at Luxury Resort in Mecca (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our luxury resort located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian national, you will bring your expertise in Indian cuisine to create unique and flavorful dishes for our guests. This is a contract position with no English language requirement, making it an ideal opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience abroad. Your responsibilities will include menu planning, sourcing ingredients, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Visa sponsorship and accommodation are provided.

Requirements:
- Indian national
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef
- Experience with Indian cuisine
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- Fluent in Hindi or Urdu (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect the cultural diversity of our international clientele while also showcasing traditional Indian dishes
- Source high-quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to established standards of quality and presentation
- Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and control costs
- Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area and ensure compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with other departments within the resort to plan special events or themed dinners
- Stay updated on current food trends and make recommendations for menu updates
