We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end Indian restaurant located in the beautiful city of Chelyabinsk, Russia. As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and visually stunning Indian desserts and pastries that will delight our guests. You must have a passion for Indian cuisine and be able to bring creative and innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in an Indian cuisine setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian desserts and pastries
- Ability to create unique and visually appealing dessert menus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute dessert menus in accordance with the restaurant's concept and standards
- Source high-quality ingredients necessary for creating authentic Indian desserts
- Prepare, cook, decorate, and present desserts according to recipes or personal creations
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry supplies and ensure timely ordering when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, utensils, and tools used for pastry preparation
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and standards
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between departments

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month depending on experience.
