We are currently seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Utena. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest developments in machine learning techniques
- Implement data collection processes to gather necessary data for model training
- Evaluate model performance and make improvements as needed
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or data science role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data processing techniques and databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
