Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in the US. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, create maps and collect data on land features. You will also be responsible for interpreting and analyzing survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various methods and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones.
- Interpret survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other land features.
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and findings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment.
- Proficient in using CAD software for drafting maps and reports.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: $1500 USD per month.
