We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a coffee shop in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to customers. This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by consistently following recipes and using fresh ingredients
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including stocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have completed high school (12 pass)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
This is a contract position with an initial salary of 1300$ per month. Salary may increase based on performance.

This job does not require English language proficiency. It is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.
