Part-Time Concierge in Pokhara

We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge to join our team in Pokhara. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation and make reservations as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up with necessary actions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
