Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Pokhara



The concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at our luxury hotel in Pokhara. This individual must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the local area. They will be responsible for assisting guests with their travel arrangements, recommending and booking activities and experiences, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and sightseeing based on guest preferences
- Book reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other activities
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the local area including attractions, events, and services
- Assist with special requests such as arranging birthday celebrations or anniversary surprises
- Ensure that all guest areas are clean and well-stocked at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Knowledge of the local area including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple guest requests simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve quickly

Salary: $1400 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
Location: Pokhara (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
