Experienced Baker

We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team at a busy bakery in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for baking and be able to create delicious and visually appealing pastries, breads, and other baked goods. This position is open to Malayalees with previous experience as a Baker.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker, preferably in a busy bakery setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Creativity and attention to detail in decorating baked goods
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time
and lifting heavy objects
