We are urgently seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, cakes, pastries, and other desserts. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, monitoring baking times, and decorating finished products.

Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Experience with various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking times and adjust temperatures as needed
- Decorate finished products with icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging for sale or display
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow food safety regulations to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained
