Instrument Technician

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, level sensors, and control valves
- Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure accurate readings and proper functioning
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Keep detailed records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of electrical systems, PLC programming, and instrumentation calibration techniques
- Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
