Executive Chef
Location: US (preference for local candidates)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in the US. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect our company's vision and concept
- Create new and innovative dishes while also incorporating customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistently excellent food production
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique dishes
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure while still maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent time management skills
