IT Manager

We are currently hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company in Vianden. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, with the ability to lead a team and implement effective strategies to support our business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and backups are in place
- Oversee the IT budget and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for implementation as appropriate
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions that increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management or related role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security, and data management principles
- Proven experience developing and implementing technology strategies that align with business objectives
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vianden (willingness to relocate preferred)
