Head Chef - Traditional Malayalee Cuisine

We are a renowned restaurant located in the beautiful city of Wiltz, known for serving authentic Malayalee cuisine. We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring the flavors of Kerala to our customers.

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing traditional Malayalee recipes, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. You must have a deep understanding of Malayalee cooking techniques and be able to balance flavors and textures to create delicious dishes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel specializing in traditional Indian cuisine. You must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This position is open to both local candidates as well as foreigners who are passionate about Malayalee cuisine.
