Merchandiser

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies in order to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies in line with company goals and objectives
- Analyze customer buying patterns, market trends, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, delivery schedules, and terms of payment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are properly displayed in stores or online platforms
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product placement, availability, pricing, and display effectiveness
- Participate in trade shows and events to showcase products and gather market intelligence
- Prepare sales reports, budget plans, and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- In-depth knowledge of merchandising strategies, market trends, consumer behavior, and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Faisalabad (accommodation not provided)
