Finishing Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Finishing Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products and ensuring they meet quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with various finishing tools and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, polishing, staining, painting, and varnishing on products
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications
- Use various hand and power tools to complete finishing tasks
- Mix and apply finishes according to product requirements
- Troubleshoot and fix any defects or imperfections in finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in a manufacturing setting is preferred
- Familiarity with different types of finishes, stains, paints, and varnishes
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
- Good communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Chelyabinsk. Candidates must be currently living in Chelyabinsk or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Language Requirement:
This position does not require any English language proficiency.

Experience Level:
No previous experience is required for this role. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and qualifications.
