Senior Architect


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and budget. Your role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, experience in managing budgets and timelines, and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for various projects according to client's needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Review project proposals for accuracy and feasibility
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Oversee construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design or construction management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Israel
- Fluency in English
- Experience managing budgets
